A – Z Guide for Chaifetz Arena

 

ADA – Chaifetz Arena is an ADA-compliant building.  Disabled patrons are suggested to make their requests ahead of time by calling 314-977-5000.

Alcohol – Alcohol and beer will be served at most Chaifetz Arena events (including SLU Billiken basketball games) to those 21 years and older, and everyone may be required to show proof of age.  No alcohol will be allowed to be brought in or out of the Arena.

Assisted listening devices- Can be requested at the Guest Services window near the main entrance.  Patrons are suggested to make their requests ahead of time by calling 314-977-5000.

Baby changing stations – Baby changing stations are located in four restrooms on the main concourse in each corner of Chaifetz Arena.

Backstage passes – Chaifetz Arena has no access to backstage passes as they are only supplied by the touring acts.

Bag check – All bags (camera bags, purses, backpacks, etc) will be subject to search upon entering Chaifetz Arena.  Please have your bag ready for search before you get to the gate to accelerate the process.

Banners/Signs – Banners and signs are welcome at Chaifetz Arena as long as it does not disrupt the view or experience of any other fan and the content is tasteful.  Banners and signs are subject to search and may be confiscated if messages are inappropriate.  Banner poles and sign sticks are not permitted.

Billiken Bucks – Billiken Bucks can be used at any Chaifetz Arena event throughout the year at the concession stands.

Bricks - It's not too late to make your mark at the entrance to Chaifetz Arena.  Buying a Billiken Brick is easy and can be done online by clicking here or by calling 314-977-2849.  For as little as $500, you can be part of this historic project forever.

Cameras – Personal, non-professional cameras are allowed inside Chaifetz Arena for selected events.  Please check the Chaifetz Arena website for policies on each event.

Concessions – Concession stands are located throughout Chaifetz Arena and are operated by Chartwells.

Dress Code – There is no specific dress code for Chaifetz Arena events.  However, any inappropriate clothing may be asked to be covered at any time.

Drop Off / Pick Up Area - There is an area for disabled drop-off on the west side of Compton Avenue next to Chaifetz Arena.  This area is marked with signs and orange cones during events.

Entrances – There are four entrances into Chaifetz Arena located on the east, northeast, north and northwest sides of the Arena.

Elevators – For your convenience, there are four elevators located in each corner of Chaifetz Arena which provides access to all three levels of the facility.

Emergencies – For emergencies during a Chaifetz Arena event, please call 911.

First Aid – The Saint Louis University First Aid Room is located on the north side of Chaifetz Arena.

Exchanges – There are no exchanges for any event at Chaifetz Arena.

Gate Open Times –Typically gates open 1 hour prior to event time, unless otherwise noted.

Guest Service Window – The Guest Service windows are located inside Chaifetz Arena by the Box Office behind section 103.

Lost and Found – If you lost an item at a Chaifetz Arena event, please call 314-977-5000 to claim your item.

Lost Tickets – If you lost a ticket to a future event, please click here and scroll down to number 25 for MetroTix’s policy on lost tickets.

Military – Military discounts may be available on an event by event basis. Please call 314-977-5008 for more information.

Parking – Parking is located in several different areas near Chaifetz Arena.  Please click here for a detailed parking map of the surrounding areas.

Prohibited Items – Prohibited items include but are not limited to: outside food or drink, carry bags or backpacks, bottles or cans, containers, illegal substances, incendiary devices, weapons of any type, strollers, banner sticks or flag poles, artificial noise making devices, laser pointers, helium balloons, audio or video recorders, pets other than service animals, cameras with detachable lenses, or items the contents of which cannot be inspected or displayed.

Refunds – There are no refunds available for any Chaifetz Arena event, unless otherwise specified by Chaifetz Arena management or Saint Louis University.

Re-entry – The re-entry policy for Chaifetz Arena is on an event by event basis.  Most events will not allow re-entry into the building, and all exits are final. 

Restrooms – There are 14 restrooms located on the concourse level of Chaifetz Arena, four on the suite level, and two on the event level.

Restaurants – Restaurants located near Chaifetz Arena include Vito’s at 3515 Lindell Blvd. and Humphrey’s Restaurant and Tavern at 3700 Laclede Ave.

Security – If you need security during a Chaifetz Arena event, please contact the usher in your seating section.

Senior Citizen Tickets – Senior citizen discounts may be available on an event by event basis.  Please call 314-977-5008 for more information.

Service Animals – Service Animals are allowed inside Chaifetz Arena.  However, we ask that all fans who plan on bringing a service animal to an event, please call 314-977-5005 so the Chaifetz Arena staff can properly provide the best service possible.

Smoking Policy – Chaifetz Arena is a non-smoking facility.

Solicitation – There is no solicitation allowed at any Chaifetz Arena event.

Souvenirs – Souvenirs can be purchased at several locations throughout the Arena.

Strollers – Strollers are allowed in Chaifetz Arena; however, they need to be collapsible and fit underneath your seat.

Ticket Scalping – Ticket scalping is not allowed on Chaifetz Arena property.

Tours – Tours of Chaifetz are available for groups of 10 or more by calling 314-977-5008.

Water Fountains – Water fountains are located throughout the Chaifetz Arena concourse level, suite level, and event level.

Will Call – Will Call is located by the main entrance next to the ticket windows.  You must bring a picture ID and the credit card you used to purchase the tickets to pick up your tickets.  Will call is open 1.5 hours prior to event time until halfway through the event.

Umbrellas – Umbrellas are allowed inside Chaifetz Arena but must fit underneath your seat.
